Work permits issued by LMRA allow expatriates to work in the Kingdom, obtain a residence permit and other official documents, such as the CPR.
Prior to applying for work permit, the employer shall register his establishment with the LMRA, one time only. To register small establishments, the employer or his designate (as evidenced by a notarised power of attorney) shall visit the LMRA in person.
